On Saturday, 23 August 2025, at Actor Hotel in Vizbegovo, a working meeting was held between the President of the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia, Branko Azeski, and the new Acting President of the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia, Nuhi Aliu. The meeting served as an opportunity to exchange views on current economic issues related to the ongoing work of the two business associations.

Also present at the meeting were Durim Zekiri, Executive Director of the ECNWM, and Aneta Trajkovska, MEcon, Advisor in the Office of the ECM President. The discussions first focused on issues concerning the efficiency of state aid and subsidies for businesses, as well as the budget. President Azeski was also informed of the initiative submitted to the Constitutional Court of North Macedonia by the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia, requesting a review of the constitutionality of the Law on Technological Industrial Development Zones.

Another topic raised at the meeting was the potential joint construction of a new, modern, and representative office building for both business associations.
