Every company that aims to grow and be recognized both on the domestic and international market knows that it must invest in its most valuable resource—its employees. Therefore, investing in continuous education to develop employees’ knowledge and skills is not just a benefit for them, but a strategic decision by the company to achieve organizational goals, build a positive work culture, gain competitive advantage, and ensure long-term results.
To that end, the Council for Promotion of Training and Education Quality, in cooperation with the Business Center for Training and Education in Skopje, has launched a three-day training program titled "Skills for Middle Management Personnel." The training is focused on developing the essential skills needed by members of a company’s middle management. These skills will assist middle managers in executing their daily responsibilities—namely, properly interpreting and presenting company strategies, rules, and procedures to their team members and ensuring their effective implementation; monitoring and improving employee performance; inspiring and motivating their teams to achieve the best results; introducing new initiatives to boost productivity within their department/operation; reducing undesirable employee turnover; and contributing to the recruitment process of new staff.
The training program includes eight modules, and the trainer is Dejan Stojanovikj, who has extensive experience in delivering this type of training. By incorporating a new interactive method of working with participants, the program encourages active participation and experience-sharing among attendees, considering that they come from companies in various sectors.
Middle management is a key link in the success of any institution. Any investment in it serves as a foundation for stable and sustainable company growth.
