Gabriela Kulebanova, President of the Center for Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises at the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia, received an award at the fourth international conference “I Am a Woman”, held on 28 September at the Macedonian Philharmonic.

The conference, organized by the Association for Networking, Education, and Research “I Am a Woman,” once again this year promoted the role of women leaders and the importance of women’s voices in society.

Through this recognition, Kulebanova was highlighted as a woman whose professional engagement, leadership, and support for entrepreneurship—particularly among micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises—contribute to economic development and the creation of opportunities for women in business.

The event featured five panel discussions: “Macedonian Women in Rural Areas,” “Macedonian Women in Non-Traditional Professions,” “Macedonian Women in Energy,” “Macedonian Women in the World,” and “Mothers for Macedonia and Mothers for America.” Each offered inspiring stories of women transforming their communities. Within the framework of the conference, nine women ambassadors were honored for their contributions in various fields, as well as the first female President of the country, Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, who received the special tenth recognition.
