As part of inter-institutional cooperation, and at the invitation of Aleksandar Vlahović, President of the Serbian Association of Economists, the President of the Economic Chamber, Branko Azeski, together with Adviser Zoran Jovanovski, attended the opening of the IEA World Congress in Belgrade today.

The Serbian Association of Economists is hosting the event organized by the International Economic Association. The congress has brought together approximately 1,000 economists, including several Nobel Prize laureates in Economics.

The main theme of the event is globalism versus nationalism, multilateralism versus bilateralism, and democracy versus autocracy.
